Resolved Wrong Speeders on 41st ARC Jobs

Currently the jobs 41st ARC and 41st Alpha ARC get Medical Speeders in the requisition menu - should be normal BARC Speeders

Also adding here, since there was no fix implemented for it yet but the same also applied to other 41st jobs who just have Medical Speeders (Medical jobs such as MO and Medical Trooper have the Medical Speeder only)

41st NCO
41st Assassination Trooper
41st Marksman
41st Commissioned Officer Job
41st Major
41st Executive Officer
41st Commander

41st General
41st Naval Officer (Has LAAT, but still having Medical Speeder instead of BARC Speeder)



This also applies to ARC jobs, with them having Medical Speeders for some odd reason - 501st and 38th also get other vehicles as part of their regiment just additional medical speeder on top.
