Soft relaunch of the server

Suggestion:
- Do a soft relaunch of the server
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
As many people know the server is dying at the moment, main reason is that people have lost intrest or are on LOA. Thats why a soft relaunch could lead to the benefit of the server, the server will then be closed for a few weeks (Max a month) and in that period of time while the server is closed the dev team can make some new additions to the server and maybe also get a new map ready, this small period of time should give the devs enough time to add new features which will hopefully bring life back to the server.
And if announcements are made of a soft relaunch (including status updates of whats being done) it might peak some peoples intrests to rejoin the server, and make sure to listen to the community to know what they want and think should be added to the server.
Anything else:
This is not meant to cause a server shutdown which take a half year to then relaunch, just so that devs can improve on things we already have.
I do think this is neccesary for the survival of DG so do take this into consideration.
