Suggestion:
Taking Pliers from Atin and Fixer and giving them to Scorch and Darman.
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
Darman and Scorch were Explosives Experts so it makes much more sense, and it gives them more to do instead of just blow stuff up with their Anti-Armors. Its a no-brainer suggestion.
Have you consulted any regimental command that this change may affect? (if yes say who): Yes[I am Regimental Command]

Anything else: [Not giving it to Wrecker because he's too brutish, it suits it better for Tech to have it in CF99]
