Boss Needs to have his Clearance changed from CL5 to CL3.
Fixer, Sev and Scorch all need CL2, not CL3. As Delta Squad is no longer an Officer Squad.

Delta Squad is no longer an Officer Squad, and should have the Correct Clearance Levels.
