Nerf Jedi Shadow strike

Suggestion:
Shadow strike currently deals 1000 damage, meaning they oneshot every single non force-user EE, with no cd, all they need to do is enter cloak. This makes them solo take out ees, over and over, making EEs impossible to balance when EE's are meant for the entire server.
Lower it from 1000 to 200 damage (this will oneshot enemy snipers, while still severly chunking most other EEs [eg Enemytrp has 250]
How will your suggestion benefit the server: This suggestion is to make hosting events easier without needing to respawn your ees every 10 seconds cause of a sentinel. Easier for Staff to handle and balance EEs
