OOC Name: Dubstep
Your In-Game Name / Position: 41st SGM ARC Dubstep
Suggestion:
Giving Officers a physgun and toolgun. This can be achieved by creating an ingame role like the staff ranks that will be given to 2ndLT+ - equivalents included.
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
First off, allowing the officers to create dupes / spawn dupes for their regiments will alleviate alot of stress that a staff member derived from trainings, as their are definitely some staff who are in the position simply to create trainings for their regiment. Secondly, it can be used as a method of discerning who is a capable officer to who isnt. Those who misuse this privilege will simply have the role removed from them, limiting their potential and clearly stating their intentions.
Setting limits, people who have this role have no ULX or staff commands at all. Maybe allowing them to use noclip - not staff - could be possible, but this has to be regulated. I deem enforcing a prop limit along with constraints a necessity, as well as a NPC limit / entity limit. All of the constraints and construction tools seem fair for me to allow access to, but LVS and Vanilla tabs should be restricted.
In short, everything that makes up the main event tools be restricted, but being able to make a dupe like a grapple course, a PvP dupe or a marksman course are fair game. As said, abusing the power given by reaching 2ndLT just gets you removed from the role, which makes it very easy to cut the problem off at its root. Additional restrictions are to the managements discretion of course
