Title - Suggestion - Give RC medics keycard access to med bay

Suggestion: "With the addition of Epsilon squad and "Vale" RC now has a medical officer and are now a proper part of the medical core. With this it would only make sense for RC medics to get access to the medbay keycard. Members in question:
ES-1155 Witt (epsilon squad medic)
ES-1208 Vale (RC medical officer)
DS-1207 Sev ( Delta squad medic)
OS-8015 Fi (Omega squad medic)"

How will your suggestion benefit the server:
With RC implementation into Medical properly the RC medics should have access to the med bay. This benefits them in the way that they don't have to go get a medic to open the door for them if they need to get into the med bay to treat a HVT or conduct their own checkups
