High Command Notes​

ROs need to be more proactive in their calls. Every detail matters on the battlefield so ensuring the OD is up to date with mission critical details they can give you proper and up to date taskings for your regiments. RO is vital to ensure that information is relayed to OD so please make sure your troopers understand the importance of it. If they need training in fulfilling this role then please go ahead and create an effective training for them. This can range from spotting obscured hostiles or relaying vital information from Voice Chatter to Text.,

With this information you will know yourselves who will need to be hosting more trainings throughout the week. That being said I am aware of various LOAs and with us now in September people will be moving back to their usual schedules of going back to schools, colleges and universities in the coming weeks. Please ensure you speak with your officer cores and find out if people will need LOAs or if they can hit their expected Quotas.

Professionality
Maintaining professionality is going to be more important moving forward and the General team as well as High Command will be monitoring this personally. This reflects badly on officers cores as well as the 2nd and 1st IC. Please encourage your troopers if they wish to “speak freely” then head to the mess hall.InactivityRemember to DM people when inactivity warnings get to 2 days remaining

Respect to the OD
Naval are often assigned the role and have priority when assigned an OD. This means that they are assigned to giving all our regiments orders and their way of coming up with a battle strategy. They need to remain informed like previously stated but this structure only works when the OD’s orders are followed. Those not following the ODs orders can be placed under AOS. This is not something the Naval Staff want to be doing but within their rights they can. Please ensure orders are being followed.

Goodbyes to Boom
It comes with great regret to announce that Clone Engineer Commander Boom will be resigning from the role of Commander on the 9th of September. He will have served the republic as a commander for 494 days on the day he resigns. I’d like to take a moment to thank Commander Boom for playing a pivotal role in the 1 Year and 4 months he’s served as commander and wish him well for all future endeavours. Can we all take a moment and salute Commander Boom and wish him well after the meeting is over as this will be his last one with us.
