[-] Some regiments have had lower activity this week please make sure all officers are meeting their 2-trainings a week MINIMUM. This ensures all officers are pulling their weight within the Officer Teams.
[-] Due to a lack of current BATCOM within regiments supervision for the signing off of tasks for NCO has been moved down from Captain to 1st Lieutenant
[-] Spacing has been a recurring issue this week. Going forward please circle back with your regiments on this topic and drill down on this via SIMS to get troopers more accustomed to where they should be standing
[-] Inactivity Warnings has been slowing down with some individuals make sure you're reaching out to these people and following up. If people need to take LOAs then urge them to do so. This is a massive adjustment period so don't panic.
[-] Reporting during missions is poor across the board. Half the time the On Duty Officer has no idea what's going on. Ensure ROs are paying attention to comms and regularly reporting in, even if thats just letting the OD know you're still carrying out the same task you reported in a couple of minutes ago.
