Be calmer in communication and working closer with the officer team within WP

Why do you want this role, and what motivated you to lead?I've been leading the regiment for a while now and want to continue doing this, Restore activity and bring back more members to WP
Why should we choose you for this position?
I know how the regiment works and the people in it, I'm very dedicated to see WP restored and activity be increased
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Maintaining order and leading by example are the two major ones
- Attracting people to the regiment proposing changes when needed and giving people a chance to show what they are capable of
- Maintaining quality and performance of the regiment, especially for the officers.
How would you handle conflict, disputes, or disciplinary issues within your unit?
By the documents that have been put in place by previous battalion command, I will be more strict than the last two weeks before the server went down. However, I will do everything to understand both sides in a conflict.
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
I try to stay in touch with all wolf packs members, even now that the server is down for a while, I will also keep attempting to add new stuff into the regiment to keep things fresh and interesting.
