Suggestion:
Make it so SGT or similar rank can do trainings or patrols around the map so there is actually something for people to do if there is no 2nd Lt on as this would actually allow for more to happen around the map during the down time between events.

How will your suggestion benefit the server:
This will benefit the server as it would allow for more group work to be done by regiments as it would mean that a SGT (or similar rank) can do a patrol around the map and have some fun or even by doing some training with their vehicles (if 212th).

Anything else: Personally I think this rule is a really stupid rule as it is so pointless in stopping SGTs from doing a training or patrol if they want to, if they are going to cause trouble just dont grant their request to go on a patrol or training it is that simple.

Good ide, I believe this could help Officers too. I'm CPT and sometimes I don't have time to play before events so having some capable SGT+ hold some minor simulations or patrols would keep the players active and not just AFK.

Republic High Command have reviewed this suggestion, and have decided to PARTIALLY ACCEPT it.
The following alterations will be made moving forward:

- NCO+ are allowed to conduct patrols of nearby areas, but in doing so they are not granted additional usage of equipment. This is to avoid unwarranted usage of equipment and vehicles. OD must grant any such patrols, if there is no Commissioned Officer+ on base to take OD NCOs may grant themselves temporarily until one arrives, they must then ask for permission to continue the patrol.
- Supervision of SSGT+ hosting trainings will be reduced to 1st LT to supervise instead of CPT as has been the rule before. It is expected that regimental battalion commands go over with 1st LT+ and instruct them on how they should supervize such trainings to ensure standards are met.
- NCO+ are allowed to host open simulations in the Citadel training room only, and must be taught by their officers how to host it properly. If there are Commissioned Officers online they must be asked atleast once if they could host it instead, if not the same rules as with Patrols apply. (Temporary self granting)

It is to be emphasized that it is not the duties of NCO+ to host trainings, and they are not required to do so, and only SGM should have any task relating to hosting trainings to be trained for becoming an officer. This however will ease restrictions somewhat in what NCO+ can do when there are no CO+ available. All changes made here are subject to change at discretion of High Command.
