Suggestion:

Change the Required Rank to Supervise Training Tasks from CPT to 1st LT or even to 2nd LT.

There are only a limited number of Captains that can Supervise Trainings Currently for Tasks, and their activity varies from Regiment to Regiment, also it takes some weight off of their shoulders, allowing Commissioned Officers to Supervise Trainings for NCO's to progress with their Tasks. This was an Issue last iteration and was fixed, and then you've reverted back to the Broken way, for no reason.

Either make it so 1st LT's or 2nd LT's can supervise trainings hosted by NCO's that way, they can tick off their tasks needed to rank up and progress.

The PNG Attached is what the Rules on the Forums Currently State about Trainings and Supervision.

This would make sense to have it set to 2LT as I'd expect even the lowest officer rank to be able to supervise an NCO doing a basic cadet training

Last time we asked if this was still standing (august last asked) the awnser was yes.
so this is still a thing

"Supervision of SSGT+ hosting trainings will be reduced to 1st LT to supervise instead of CPT as has been the rule before. It is expected that regimental battalion commands go over with 1st LT+ and instruct them on how they should supervize such trainings to ensure standards are met."

On behalf of High Command I am pleased to inform you that this suggestion has been ACCEPTED.
From now onwards, 1st LTs will be allowed to supervise NCO+ completing trainings for their tasks. 2nd LT can of course still supervise Corporals completing cadet trainings for their Cert. This is in regards to NCO+ tasks regarding hosting trainings / learning to host trainings.
