This is going to be very nit picky from me but why do high server leadership feel the need to give themselves the highest rank possible that they want. I understand you run the server and can do what you want but it always gives me a bad feeling when I join a server and see the Owners and Managers such as the 2 Founders and Server Manager all be the ranks like Director and General I don't see the point of doing this when surely them ranks are there for normal users to reach.
I can understand using the rank for an event character for example but holding the rank of Director and General as an all time thing, no offence feels like a big ego move as you want to be the highest rank just cause you can. As when I see people in these high ranks it almost makes it impossible for the normal user to reach them as god knows how long they need to play to be able to replace one of the Founders or Server Managers in a position like this.
You can either read this as just a general conversation or me being rude I dont really care I just see so many SWRP servers die, which I am not saying this is the reason for them dying but it certainly doesnt help with it all when having the owners be in the highest IC position.
