Title - Suggestion - Upgraded !give - A variant where the weapon will stay with the person until they change jobs or leave the server.

Suggestion: Create a command, where a person can permanently give someone a weapon to use, regardless if they die or not UNTIL they change jobs or leave the server. The command could be !eventgive - For multiple weapons, not sure if other variants have to be created like !eventgiveone and !eventgivetwo (stupid names but just an example)
How will your suggestion benefit the server: Will just make it so any weapons given for people FOR events will stay with them and won't have the need to be given back, if prefeed the staff can still !give normally if they want the weapon for one life but this is just for tools you want them to keep.
Have you consulted any regimental command that this change may affect? (if yes say who): N/A
