Suggestion:

Re-add the launcher and sniper attachment
Sniper - arccw_dc17m_sniper_v2 - Stats - unchanged
Launcher - arccw_dc17m_rocket_v2 - Stats - unchanged (or change mag size from 3 -> 1)

In terms of balance, His kit might look overpowered viewing it from an outside perspective, but with the changes to NPC’s his kit is quite balanced. If you misplay, you get punished harder now with the hard-hitting NPCs, or EE’s

How will your suggestion benefit the server:
Boss’s role in Delta squad is to be a squad leader and flexible to assist or fill in where it's needed regarding firepower and knowledge of how to use weapons. He's proficient with all of the different variants of the DC17m.

In terms of playing, how boss is currently there is no real incentive to play him. He's the current weakest Lore character RC, and this is in terms of weapons and other utility. The utility boss brings to the battlefield is the flexibility of supporting the squad and others around him. As Delta Leader, Boss is meant to be proficient with all of the weaponry his squad members have, and hes ment to teach each squad member how to effectively use their weapons.
Boss still needs to adhere to the rules regarding how Sev and Scorch use their weapons.
