Replace the X-11 Pistol with the RX-21 Dawnbreaker Rifle.
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
The Pistol is extremely inaccurate from anything more than 2ft facing a wall. It's not a fallback at all, when the only weapon Crosshair has is a High Caliber Sniper that has a very low fire rate.
