Do the following Changes to the CG Battalion Command Model Selection

CG Major:
Current Models: Generic CG Major, Stone, Thire
Add: models/hazel/dg_cg_models/cg_shock.mdl

CG Executive Officer:
Current Models: CG_Shock, Stone, Thire
Add: models/hazel/dg_cg_models/cg_executive_officer_thorn.mdl

CG Commander:Current Models: Fox, Stone, Thire
Add: models/hazel/dg_cg_models/cg_shock.mdl and models/hazel/dg_cg_models/cg_executive_officer_thorn.mdl

How will your suggestion benefit the server:

1. Beautiful Thorn Model which is not in use currently
2. CG Major+ actively partakes in ST Activities, hence the cg_shock Model would be a good fit
