5. Why do you want to join the staff team?
For me, this is always a tricky question, and it makes me reflect on why..
I like to help where I can. And I think I will fit into the team experience-wise. I like keeping things the way they are meant to be, moderation-wise, getting people their roles quickly, and getting things done smoothly and efficiently
And I'm always willing to learn and assist others in learning. And if needed, I will leave a situation and let someone else take over so it does not escalate
6. Previous Moderation or Staff Experience:
Moderation and creation of small servers for friends.
Moderation for a Local LAN party community - 1000 ish members in the community server
Moderation and Creation of several Crew servers for the same LAN community
Moderation for some small Twitch Streamers
Moderation of a Squad Competitive team I was a part of (don't remember the number,r I'm not in the server anymore)
8. How familiar are you with Discord’s community guidelines and server moderation tools?
I am pretty familiar with Discord community guidelines. If there is something that I am unsure about, I do normally seek the information out
I am also quite familiar with bot moderation and the normal moderation tools
