Suggestion:
Events that are hosted from 4pm, 6:30pm, and 9pm, all have the premises that they must at least be hour long events.
This is stupid. This inevitably forces us to drag out our events to be one hour long, even if the first 30 minutes are incredible and the event is ready to end, we are forced to drag it out to an hour long, essentially turning the event into something terrible.
This is a dumb rule that does not need to exist.
If an event starts at 4pm and for 30 minutes it's great and the event is ready to end, we, as staff, should be allowed to end the event.
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
It will keep events fun and not dragged out.
Have you consulted any regimental command that this change may affect? (if yes say who): No

Anything else: We need to stop complaining about why staff are not doing events, and fix the structure of the staff team and the way events are planned / put into action.
