CE need have access to keypads in medbay (Access to RnD room)
CE also should have access to the balcony keypads in CC, We have clearance for the area and its the biggest inconvience when you repair a keypad and have to run across the entire base to fix the other one.
Also on the same note CE doesnt have access to the buttons in CC when it says in the rules and regulations that its our duty to operate them when no navy are present.
