Do you have any previous leadership experience?- Darth Vader on The Circle Network:
As Darth Vader, I was responsible for leading the Order of Inquisitors. This involved creating and overseeing training sessions, performance evaluations and ensuring that all members upheld the expectations I set on them.
- Council Member on Dauntless Gaming:
In this role, I handled responsibilities like overseeing trainings, maintaining and updating documents, mentoring, contributing and advocating for Jedi within the server.
- Jedi Master on Werwolf Gaming:
Werwolf Gaming's Jedi Order is the largest and most active community I've worked with. My experience on the server taught me how to lead and manage large groups, handle disputes and provide consistent RP and lore-focused trainings.
Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?Experience
I have been playing SWRP since 2016, nine years of general experience and over five based in Jedi/Sith. My previous roles required me to handle in-character leadership and out-of-character management, from overseeing trainings to enforcing behavioural standards. This long-term involvement has given me a deep and practical understanding of how to lead within the Jedi Order. Whether it's delivering accurate lore driven trainings or balancing immersive RP with server limitations, I am confident in my ability to handle it. I've learned how to lead large groups, navigating the challenges that follow it and ensure that everyone has a meaningful and enjoyable experience.
Position
While all positions within the Order carry responsibility, being granted Jedi General is an entirely different show. The role of Jedi General carries significant responsibility, acting as a figure of authority and guidance, not only for members within the order but also to players outside the order. Being approachable and understanding is a high priority to me as it's important to show that you care and are willing to take the extra step for them, either that be with 1 on 1 training or a talk about they want to grow as an individual. I don't see this position as a position of power but one of service, I intend to engage with this position by being an active presence during missions to ensure that everyone has a great time and can rely on each other to get the mission done.
Lore
I have loved reading SW lore for a very long time, it's one of my favourite hobbies and I intend to use this knowledge to help create complex but fun scenarios for the Order. During my time as a Council member, I created quizzes and tasks for all the members to take part in so they could learn more about the lore and have pride knowing they aced the quiz or created a detailed library entry about different topics. I want to develop an order that appreciates the lore as this will help create immersive experiences that players can enjoy. I'd like to create a system that incentivizes players to learn the lore in exchange for prizes, this can help them build a strong connection to it.
Organisation
While I am currently balancing university and work, I am confident that I can contribute consistently. I aim to be on between 15 - 25 hours a week and this can extend through my usage of discord or through document work. I am highly organised and detailed-oriented, not only have I managed spreadsheet but I've also created them and made good systems that are easy to use. I have developed multiple handbooks, trainings and trials that can be used by anyone who has the correct access. I'll ensure that trainings and promotions are consistently tracked and all role expectations are clear, accessible and regularly updated so everyone is able to understand easily.
Contribution
It's important to know that you are apart of a team, not just within the Order but within the command structure as a whole. I'm always open to feedback and committed to cooperation amongst regiments to create fun experiences that intertwine the Jedi and Clones. I want to help maintain a unified leadership that prioritises player experience, encourage meaningful character arcs and supports the vision of the server. Whether it's assisting with events via Lore or playing the villain, I want to make sure all the staff know I am more than willing to contribute to help make the experience fun.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Providing strong leadership within the Jedi Order and the regiment you've been assigned to, in this case the 104th.
- Ensuring that Jedi are given proper training, guidance and opportunities to grow as an individual and also their rank.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events, in ways that help promote cooperation between the Order and the Clones.
- Managing documents, trainings and lore consistency.
- Being approachable to all, allowing players to vent their frustrations, complaints or commendations (About the Order or in general).
- Being a Liaison between the Order and other branches of the command structure to maintain a strong and active presence.
- Lastly, being an advocate for the Jedi - understanding what they need to be fulfilled and enjoy their time on the server.
