Exactly as title says, it would be to relinquish ATC from CG to move somewhere else
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
It doesn't make much sense for CG to be doing ATC as that would be more of a naval/pilot job to do, we already deal with landing procedures. We don't need full control of the whole process on top
