Suggestion:
I've suggested this before and as a staff member this time, with more insight, I'm suggesting this event strategy once more. With staff burnout at a relatively decent high, events within the staff team are struggling to be claimed with staff either listing LOAs or straight up resigning. If staff members aren't having fun hosting events then they simply won't happen as seen.
Current Peak times on the server are around 7pm GMT - This is half an hour, typically, after planetary events have begun which means there's a sort of warming periods.

So,
The suggestion is to overall restructure the event timetable keeping First Base at the current times of 4pm GMT to 5pm GMT and moving back Planetary Mission to 7pm GMT to 9pm GMT. This then means that final base would be removed as a mandatory event for the staff team due to the reduced player counts at that time. Moving planetary back also means that this would cover some of the time that final base would be happening anyways. With the reduced events throughout the weeks means less demand and stress on the staff during the working week and then leaving more time for weekends and opening up more planning times for campaigns that actually mean something. For example we could stay on a single map holding an FOB for a couple hours opening up opportunities within ceasefires for regiments like wolfpack to go scout hostile FOBs or RC/RMT to infiltrate compounds. CG can do passive RP with civilians between assaults. This also means that a broader variety of staff members can help contribute to longer events taking like an hour at a time rather than having to host a single event for it's entire duration, this ultimately means that staff could take shifts across a longer mission. Staff can also collaborate and plan the entire campaign throughout the week for the 2 days of the weekend
