Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?In these roles, I'm looking to become an Alpha ARC and train both new NCOs and new COs to create more stable regiments in the future. I've led many iterations of ARC so far. These iterations have all seen a surge in activity and performance, as well as a decrease in complaints and mistakes made by ARC Contenders and ARC Troopers.
Additionally, it may be important to mention that I have spoken to the 104th CO, and he has backed me as his choice for Alpha ARC in 104th.
Veteran players of the server would likely recognize me and it could assist in recruitment numbers. I have proved myself time and time again, and I'm not planning on failing now. I'm patient, stern and fair to all contenders and troopers. Since I know what works in ARC and what doesn't, I may have new ideas to bring into ARC, or reintroducing ideas that I know have worked in the past.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
