Why do you want to join the Staff Team?: I enjoy hosting events, as well as helping people in general. I usually like being Staff.
Create a brief planetary event idea:
RIS have made contact with a Tribe of trandoshans who wish to ally themselves with the republic. Their condition however is to help them free their Comarades who have been captured and held hostage by the CIS. Republic Command wishes to aid this Tribe and its people to secure their assistance in the future.
Scouting reports show Seperatist Artillery Cannons on the mountains, a shield Generator as well as the General Location of the place the CIS are keeping the Trandoshan hostages.
Map: Geonosis
Main forces: They will push the mountains first, meeting heavy Seperatist resistance, to claim or destroy the Artillery Cannons. They will be hackable and usable for CE once hacked. Once control of these have been gained, they will push the ship, meeting Seperatist outposts in the way, which will attempt to stop them. The ship will be blocked off by a rayshield which will be dealt with by SpecOps.
Eventually breaching regs will enter the Ship, clear it and perform hostage Extraction.
SpecOps: They will be pushing the shield Generator, which controls the rayshield blocking the ship. They will meet resistance but eventually they should be able to lower it. Once completed they will regroup with the main forces to push the ship.
If the players are too fast and the event still has time, i would utilize the waterfall caves, which will have a droid factory, with a Tac Droid.
