Alteration to WP ARC Trooper Loadout

Suggestion: Change The DH-16c in the ARC WP Loadout to the Valken 38x
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
It will allow the WP ARC to fulfill their role as scouting more, currently they have no scouting equipment but two rifles, one SMG and one Westar. Removing the SMG and giving them the sniper rifle that all NCO+ get it would make them able to fulfill their regimental role more as reconnaissance, as well as assist the ARC Programme in spec ops by being able to take this role.
