Why should we choose you for this position?I have always made it my duty while playing Dauntless to assist regiments to the best of my ability, whether that involves offering advice to the higher-ups, transferring to regiments in need, or simply being a reliable person for others to turn to when they require help with anything. I have spent some time in most of the regiments, either as a clone or a regimental Jedi, which has given me a decent understanding of how the majority of them operate. Consequently, I would be able to provide assistance more effectively overall. I also believe I would excel as a general; having held similar positions on other servers where I performed well, I feel confident in my ability to support the server.

What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Administrating the different regiments insuring they are being run properly and up to a quality expected of a good regiment.
- Dealing with Army related In Character-Situations if they arise.
- Being a Leading figure of the Army branch as one of the highest ranking within said branch.
- Reviewing performance of 1ICs and seeing if they need to removed/replaced.
- Deploying into regiments to assist the 1IC and work alongside them to Improve the regiment as a whole.
- Being unbiased completely to insure their is no favoritism among the ranks.
- Work with the fellow General staff on issues that arise.
- Hosting Commander Meetings and Ceremony's
- Making issues known to the fellow General Staff
- Leading a regiment during events if they have no Officer+ online.
- Hosting Trainings for regiments which have a lack of Officers.
How would you handle conflict, disputes, or disciplinary issues within your unit?
if i had a conflict with a fellow general, i would at first attempt to resolve it myself, given I would be working with said fellow general a great deal. However, if i continue to have a conflict with said general, i would bring it to the higher-ups of the branch and work with them to deal with the conflict itself, as it would be easier to have a third party be a link if both I and the other general highly disagree with each other.
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
I believe I would be able to contribute heavily to the branch's activity and engagement as a whole, as I am quite an outgoing and friendly person most of the time. I like to talk to people around the community and interact with a lot of the lower ranks to get a good view of their opinions and thoughts about the different regiments and branches, including my own. RP-wise, I can't really think of many things for generals to do in that regard given their limited options compared to CE, for example.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?I will say this honestly I stopped playing the server around a month ago when I resigned as WP Commander due to dealing with Irl issues among other things, I would play once again if i was accepted, I also understand that this application seems short but I don't like to over complicate things and would rather be honest then making the application look longer.
