Why should we choose you for this position?I understand the job of the position & believe myself to be competent enough to fill the shoes and do the job.
Managed to work well with the other people in said branch when I was here before.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Mentorship (Being capable of teaching people to take charge and leading)
- Leading (Each regiment individually same as an officer+ would if needed, same goes for leading in the place of a naval officer, I believe a general should be capable of filling in for both sides if need be)
- Administrative work (Overseeing, spreadsheet work & overall "paperwork" that gets done on this game)
