Electrostaff Damage Buff to 150

Suggestion:
Increase the Damage of the CG Electrostaff from ~55 to 150.
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
With the Removal of RMT, CG/ST have become the first Priority for fighting Melee EEs like BX -Captains and Magnaguards.
Currently it takes ST 7+ hits to fully eliminate an Elite Enemy Melee User (lowest tier of all Melee EEs), while every Melee User can twoshot or even oneshot Shock Troopers.
This gets very tricky when staff members start to randomize the stats and Loadout of their EEs. [One occurrence was a Elite Heavy Trooper (B1 with LMG) with 2.500 HP and the Magna Guard Electrostaff.]
Have you consulted any regimental command that this change may affect? (if yes say who): Suggestion was voted and accepted in a Regimental Meeting
