Suggestion 1:
Remove the Dawn breaker from tech and give him the Duel Variant of the X-11 instead, this way Tech has something a bit more different weapon wise to echo and actually has a chance to fight on a similar level to other RC, he also used two pistoles in lore and in the show.

How will your suggestion benefit the server:
All current Members of CF-99 feel like it is currently quite weak in comparison to normal RC and after reviewing this fact most of them are quite weak, with it being a better idea to be a Normal RC NCO/enlisted then most of the CF-99 Characters, the changes listed above should give more incentive for people to become these characters, a quick note about the small armor pack we are aware it can be abused and will be monitoring any one who gets Echo to insure they are not abusing it to get 200 armor.
