Title - Suggestion - Start promoting people into actual positions

Suggestion:
- Start promoting the 1iC to actual Commanders rank
How will your suggestion benefit the server: Will let people progress on the server and actually have something to play for? Genuinely, its so boring being stuck as a 1st LT for so long and seeing others also being stuck - just feels like there is no real progression in this server and its just shit. I don't aim for a command position, but would be nice to be a CPT down the line.
Have you consulted any regimental command that this change may affect? (if yes say who): No, but heard people complain about this.
Anything else: I'm aware its an IC suggestion, don't see any other place to post this, and yeah this is mostly aimed at managment not a suggestion for staff to review.
