Let RC Major and EXO spawn Armor packs

In-Game Name: RC Major Scorch

Suggestion: Give RC EXO the ability to spawn armor packs, giving 25 armor points per pack, Large shield energy cell [touch_pickup_752_armor_large]
Give RC MJR the ability to spawn armor packs, giving 10 armor points per pack, Small shield energy cell [touch_pickup_752_armor_small]

Reason for Suggestion: Currently, when the armor on RC goes under 200 it does not regen, as max regen is set to 100 armor, meaning once RC are in one gun fight that extra armor is just gone till they respawn/die, the ARC EXO who works alongside RC a good amount of the time, already has the ability to spawn the armor packs however, he cannot always be on or with RC due to his overall role on the server, letting the BC jobs of RC spawn armor packs is a nice QOL change for the regiment as a whole while also giving the BC jobs something other then a new gun to use, with EXO being able to give the better packs out and Major only being able to give the lesser packs out.
