Previous Clone Leadership Experience: I've been both navy and CO in the 501st so I'd say that I have plenty of leadership experience. The highest I got in 501st was 1st LT but I believe my leadership capabilities were quite good.

 

Reason to be a part of Clone Leadership

I've been in this community for over a year. I believe RC leadership requires a lot of discipline which I'd say I have, my proof for this would be the fact that I've been navy before which also requires a lot of discipline. At the same time you must be good at cooperation as RC is not a solo operation but you're with a squad.

 

Responsibilities as Clone Leadership

As a CO it is your responsibility to keep your regiment in line and make sure they do their trainings and tasks. Your job is to train the people under you so that they may be able to rise in the ranks themselves and possibly become CO as well. You make sure your NCO's are motivated enough to help get people to join your regiment and make it as active as possible.
