Terms of Service
Votes of no confidence may be called by certain high rankings in the Grand Army of the Republic. The below criteria must be followed for each rank which can be seen below. All Votes of no Confidence will be carried out by Admiralty and above depending on the situation.

Republic Intelligence Service Notices:
● All votes will be held via an in game meeting and all votes will be conducted via a google form
● All votes must be sanctioned by the Republic Intelligence Service before hand
● All votes must have a three day prior notice to the date of the meeting/vote
● All votes will be anonymous and the vote caller will remain anonymous too
● All results will be given out during the meeting
● The vote caller will not be allowed to cast their vote
● Calling a vote is a serious action, you must have legitimate reason with evidence as well
● Anyone caught abusing the system for their own gain will be dealt with swiftly
● To those voting, you must of held your position for at least two weeks minimum - OTHERWISE YOUR VOTE IS INVALID
● Just because a rank is not on here does not mean it cannot be VONC'd, under serious situations we may allow a VONC for a certain rank, however, it must hold a leadership status - Contact Admiralty directly
● To call a VONC, contact Admiralty privately - it is not to be called in public

Grand General / Grand Admiral
Commander / Grand Master to Vote
● If demoted, the individual will be set to the rank of Regimental Major or Naval Lieutenant respectively.
● All those who are eligible to vote will do so via a Google Form
● In the absence of a Commander, the next highest rank of a regiment attending the meeting may vote on their behalf.
● A vote for the Grand General / Grand Admiral may only be called by another High Command member.
Admiral / Commodore
Naval Lieutenant + to Vote
● If demoted, the Commodore will be reduced to the rank of Naval Ensign; the Admiral will be set to the rank of Naval Sub-Lieutenant.
● All those who are eligible to vote will do so via a Google Form.
● A vote for a Republic Navy member may only be called by a member of the Republic Navy.
General / Brigadier General
Commander / High Command + to Vote
● If demoted, the highest rank a Brigadier General may join a regiment at is 1st Lieutenant (1st LT). The highest rank the Supreme General may join a regiment at is Captain (CPT). However, they may receive any rank below this to the Commander of the regiment's discretion.
● All those who are eligible to vote will do so via a Google Form
● In the absence of a Commander, the next highest rank of a regiment attending the meeting may vote on their behalf.
● A vote for the Generals may only be called by Regimental Leaders or High Command.
Grand Master Yoda
Jedi 1st Specialist / Grand General / Grand Admiral to Vote
● If demoted, the Grand Master will be set to the rank of 3rd Specialist.
● All those who are eligible to vote will do so via a Google Form.
● A vote for the Grand Master may only be called by the Jedi Council.
